Sono un collezionista di penne stilografiche che ha deciso di donare la propria collezione in beneficenza. Purtroppo le Onlus interpellate hanno difficoltà a liquidizzare le penne in quanto non possono svolgere attività commerciale oppure non hanno la struttura per fare quanto sopra.

Ho deciso, pertanto, di creare un sito internet attraverso il quale io offro le mie penne gratuitamente a coloro che desiderano, oltre a possedere un bellissimo oggetto, fare beneficenza versando il valore della penna ad una Onlus o Ente attraverso la sotto indicata procedura.

Le penne inserite nel sito sono per la maggior parte nuove, mai usate, con la confezione originale, come da me acquistate nell’arco degli anni dal noto negozio di Brunori Giuseppe a Milano; altre penne sono state acquistate nei vari mercatini e perciò sono usate e senza la loro confezione originale.

Eventuali difetti delle suindicate penne sono segnalati nella descrizione oppure, se riscontrati, al momento del primo contatto con il richiedente.

E’ necessario informarvi che, trattandosi di una “DOPPIA” beneficenza – da parte mia dono la penna mentre dall’altra parte viene destinato il suo valore in beneficenza – il sottoscritto,una volta spedita la penna all’indirizzo comunicato, si esonera da qualsiasi responsabilità relativa al trasporto, integrità, qualità e funzionamento della penna in quanto essa viene inviata così come comperata e visionata. La somma versata all’Onlus o Ente non sarà restituita in quanto data in beneficenza.

La procedura per ottenere la penne scelta è:
1. Inviarmi una e-mail per richiedere la penna e relative informazioni, costo della spedizione unitamente al costo di assicurata e contrassegno.
2. Successivamente inviarmi una e-mail di conferma per ottenere la penna scelta comunicando le generalità e l’indirizzo a cui inviare la penna.
3. Versare sul mio C/C l’intero valore della penna se inferiore o pari a € 250,00, mentre, se superiore, la differenza tra il valore della penna e le spese di spedizione, contrassegno e assicurata.

Il versamento deve essere effettuato indicando nella causale: Generalità –Residenza- Codice fiscale- e la dicitura:
La autorizzo a versare in nome e conto mio la somma di €…. a (Onlus da voi scelta) Onlus di suo gradimento
4. All’esito del versamento di cui al punto 3 sarà spedita la penna insieme alla ricevuta del versamento in beneficenza onde poter usufruire della detrazione fiscale.

E’ OPPORTUNO INDICARE IL DESTINATARIO DELLA BENEFICENZA COMPLETO NELLA SUA DENOMINAZIONE-INDIRIZZO- C/C POSTALE N°… in quanto il versamento sarà effettuato tramite c/c postale

I'm a collector of fountain pens that he decided to donate his collection to charity. Unfortunately, non-profit organizations surveyed have difficulty liquidizzare pens as they can not carry out business activities, or do not have the structure to do the above.

I decided, therefore, to create a website through which I offer my pens free to those who wish, in addition to possessing a beautiful object, do charity by paying the value of the pen at a non-profit organization or body through the procedure indicated below.

The pens included in the site are for the most part new, never used, with the original packaging, as I have acquired over the years by well-known store in Milan Giuseppe Brunori, other pens were purchased in different markets and therefore are used and without their original packaging.

Any defects with the above pens are reported in the description or, if found, at the time of first contact with the applicant.

E 'need to inform you that it is a "DOUBLE" charity - a gift from me the pen while the other side is for the value to charity - myself, once sent to the address the pen, is exempt from any responsibility for the transport, integrity, quality and functioning of the pen as it is sent as well as bought and viewed. The amount paid or Onlus Agency will not be returned as given to charity.

The procedure for obtaining the pens choice is:
1. Send me an e-mail to request the pen and related information, cost of shipping along with the cost of insured and delivery.
2. Then send me an e-mail confirmation to get the choice to communicate the pen name and address to which to send the pen.
3. Pour on C/C pen if the full value of less than or equal to € 250.00, while, if higher, the difference between the value of the pen and the shipping, cash on delivery and assured. The payment must be made stating the reason: General-Location-ID Number and the words: I authorize to pay in the name and on my own the sum of € .... a (non-profit organization of your choice) non-profit organization to his liking
4. Upon completion of the payment referred to in paragraph 3 will be sent to the pen along with the receipt of the payment to charity in order to take advantage of the tax deduction.
